1. Flexible Recurrence Scheduling Configure customized payment frequencies—Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly—along with recurrent multipliers (e.g., every 2 weeks or 3 months) to align perfectly with any bank's repayment terms.

2. Live Upcoming Dates Preview Instantly preview the next 5 calculated payment dates on the draft loan form. This provides real-time verification of the schedule configuration before generating any amortization lines.

3. Bidirectional Parameter Synchronization Keeps configuration fields in sync. Changing the recurrence interval or unit automatically updates the total duration in months, and updating the duration automatically recalculates the installment count.

4. Dynamic Amortization Computation Generates precise payment plans supporting both:
Flat Rate Interest: Interest calculated on the initial principal for the entire loan span.
Indicative Effective Rate (Reducing Balance / EMI): Periodic interest computed dynamically based on the recurrence interval.
Fixed Repayment Amount Option Allows entering a constant periodic repayment amount. The system calculates the interest portion on the outstanding balance and uses the remaining amount to pay down the principal automatically.
